    Canon Ir2030 duplex jam

    Hi Everyone!
I've got a slightly big problem with an Ir2030i. It gets jamming at only at duplex printing or copying. When it is used for simple pages it works excellent. It jams always on the left door assembly at the lower duplex assembly behind the transfer roller. It gets stuck, seems like it doesn't have the command to go further ( to turn back for the second side of the paper to get the image). At the main /power start the rollers and every thing work like it should work. I replaced ( to test) this leftdoor to another machine and that worked with it, so I suggest that I should find the problem elsewhere , the cords and cables are at theirs place where should be..no unplugged cable... What the h.. is the problem with it?
What could cause the jam of the duplex unit eventhough the duplex unit on the lefdoor works fine ( as mentioned before by a test) ?
Any idea what should I check?
Sorry I didn't get the jamcode
Paper quality fine, no delay, clutches are fine.
    Thank you in advance!!!!

To prevent paper jam for duplex print jobs

use Special Mode O to prevent paper jams.
The default settings is 'Off' for both Stack Bypass and Drawer.

    1) Press [Additional Function].

    2) Press [Adjustment/Cleaning].

    3) Press the up and down arrow key until you see [Special Mode O].

    4) Press [Special Mode O].

    5) Select [Medium], [High], or [Off] for the desired paper source.

    6) Press [OK].

      Thank you I'll try it!
What does it change ? What are the differneces between Speciel O mode? or simple off? What helps to prevent? Could you please enlight me, really interesting? Connected with paper?

And if it isn't the source of the problem? what else could be?
      Thank you for your help!

[Medium]: Paper separates easily from the drum, preventing paper jams.
[High]: Prevents paper jams more effectively than when Medium is selected.
        [Off]: Disables Special Mode O.

has to do with second side separation
