    IRC5180 CQ issues

    I'm having some CQ issues on a 5180. Replaced drums and transfer belt. Cleaning blade next. I attached example, it only happens after about 8-10 pages. 20110211122836.pdf

          are these prints or copies? Does it happen on internal test prints? Need more info to help you out.
          It could be the holder for the cleaning blade not putting enough pressure on the ITB or the ITB not sitting on the rails correctly.
          DC controller could be an issue as well
          Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
