Hi! I have a unit here CLC 3200. The drum on the magenta unit has a long horizontal black line which i can't remove by just wiping it. Is there a way how to remove that? If i will replace the drum, can i use the drum from a different color unit? Are the four drums the same and can be interchange? Thank you very much!

usually line like that are burnt into the drum surface and can not be cleaned. a new drum unit is best bet.Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned. -

You can take drum from any color drum assy u have disposed. Check the quality afterward just in case. Personaly tested

if you attempt to swap the drums between the drum units be careful not to get any of the grease on the drum surface. Doing so can ruin the drum unit and you will have wasted your time and effort.Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.Comment
