C3220 color sticking to fuser roller

Can anyone tell me why color copies are sticking to the fuser roller, but black and white go through fine. I have 2 of these copiers in the field that do this. I'm guessing replacing the fuser roller would be the answer, but both customers are COD and they are choosing to wait since they don't do much color copying.

could be the NIP pressure, lower bushings on these models are crap if you are using the factory ones. We went to a bearing only style with no bushing on the lower roller to eliminate that issue.
You could also have flat spots on the upper roller as well and when the color pages with more toner comes along it might not be seperating properly.

Are they using crappy 20 lb paper to run the color copies on as well? Have them run the color pages on a 24 lb color copy paper!
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

Sometimes field techs don't check nip pressure
      non-OEM companies also make mistakes

another thing is using non-OEM COLOR TONER

I had problem whit thin folio around the fixing roll that prevent sticking of toner. Sometimes come off or deforms.
