Canon 6800 error code E000021-0002

Can anyone point me as to the location of the flag sensor that is generating this error message, i have checked all the flags i can see on the Dev... but may have missed 1

PS19 - Developer rotary HP sensor fault. Lives at the rear of the rotary assy under the Black dev unit, the one next to the solenoid. Code also indicates that the solenoid SL10 fails to operate.
