    Hi

Error code not in manual BUT
Did you swap the old counter PCB ? onto the new main controller ?
Because the counter and serial number are a matched set
So use the counter PCB off the old controller and put it on the new one.
    Cheers

Philip: Counter pcb is an E355 message. The serial number pcb will give you an E350 message.

Atta: Which service mode level are you using to clear the error?

Everything is well in placed, I have two of the Main Controller PCB so I replaced but still nothing changes.
After putting the new second Main Controller Board I had the same error,
the error is still there what do I do next?

        Regards,

This is what SM of other machine says. Mostly E-codes in different machines are similar.

E246 An error has occurred in the course of writing to the counter memory.
0001 Normal access to the FRAM PCB is not possible.
A value is written to a specific area for a check on
connection to the FRAM PCB; when read back, however,
it is not the value that has been written.
Turn off the main power, and check the connection of the counter PCB. If the remedy
          fails, replace the counter PCB.
0002 When the soft ID of FRAM is being repaired, FRAM is not
          in an initialized condition.
          Replace the counter PCB.
          0003 After an increase in the count, data is read into FRAM;
when it is read back and compared, it is not the value that
          has been read into FRAM.
0004 A second after repair (from SRAM to FRAM) brings out
different SRAM and FRAM counter readings.
An attempt at repair has failed.
Turn off the main power, and check the connector of the counter PCB. If repair fails,
          replace the counter PCB.

Counter Memory, Serial Number and Main Controller PCBs work as a set and are considered the “Soft Counter Circuit”. The Counter Memory PCB is electronically stamped with the serial number from the Serial Number PCB.
Neither the Counter Memory PCB nor the Serial Number PCB can be swapped to other equipment.
The Counter Memory PCB keeps track of the total count, which cannot be erased or changed. The service counters are retained by the Main Controller. These counters can be reset manually through service mode. When the Counter Memory PCB must be replaced, after installing the new one, the new Counter Memory PCB learns the Total Count from the Main Controller. This is retained in SRAM on the Main Controller PCB and held active by means of an on board battery.

Serial Number PCB's will continue to be restricted.
The Serial Number PCB can only be obtained by contacting the Canon Technical Support Hot-line.

Never operate the equipment without the Counter Memory PCB installed.
Doing so may cause an E245 code, which can only be cleared by “zeroing out” the Main Controller PCB by one of our A.P.R.F.’s or replacing it with a new Main Controller PCB.

E246 is a soft counter error in writing operations to the counter memory.
The solutions are to reinstall the original Counter Memory PCB that belongs to that equipment and replace Counter PCB with a new one. The part number for a new Counter Memory PCB is FM2-2799-000.

Following is a picture of the Counter Memory PCB located on the Main Controller.

                    Nothing new
                    only this from 2010

                    imageRUNNER 7086 / 7095 / 7105 Getting E110 Code Or E840 Code
Machine is down hard for either E110 error code or E840 error code. Machine boots up and goes right into error code. Machine never comes Ready and never attempts to cycle.

The DC Power Supply, Relay pcb, AC Driver pcb and DC CON pcb were all replaced. All accessories are unplugged from the imageRUNNER. All rear frame connectors for Unit 1 and Unit 2 are paper free.

In this case, after connections for the Main motor (M1) were unplugged from the Main motor and the main power for the machine was turned on, the machine booted up, started to cycle, was about to come Ready and went into E010 error code.

After replacing the Main motor (M1) all error code issues were resolved. The part number for the Main motor is FK2-0981-000.

+ Always check that the door Magnet Catch is properly holding the front door closed, vibration can cause it to pop lose >interrupt power and generate E840, E732 or E110 codes
