please elaborate a little clearer for your issue
is the issue with seeing the LCD Control panel ??
Do u see LIMITED FUNCTIONS POSTED ON CONTROL PANEL ??
or
Turn off Multicast Discovery
Additional Functions>System Settings>TCP-IP>Multicast Discovery>ON to OFF. Then cycle power by doing a complete shutdown.
Turn off on the control panel and turn off the right side switch.
Executing a Quick/Forced shutdown may not save the setting properly.
Check to see if the Option Power Supply is outputting voltage. It should supply two 24 volt lines to the Finisher. If 24 Volts are not being supplied, check the remote signal at J9013, pin 1 (illustrated below).

This is the two pin connection on the bracket, just above the Option Power Supply. Unplug the connector from the bracket and check the voltage, it should read 12 volts. If the12 volts is not present, check the remote signal from J4013 on the DC Power Supply. If 12 Volts is not outputting from J4013, pin 2 on the DC Power Supply, remove the loads from the Power Supply, and check J4013, pin 2 to see if the voltage returns. If it does, one of the loads may be causing the voltage drop. If there is still no 12 Volts from J4013 , pin 2, replace the DC Power Supply.

Not much to go on. I suspect you are a user as a tech knows what the message means. Something happened with the finisher and the main unit is no longer able use any finishing function other than just exiting paper. Since you did not say anything about an error code, you may have had a stapler issue (jam) and the unit has dropped into Limited Functions mode.
Go back and try to determine what was going on when it happened. Often it could be a stacker motor (or trash can under a lift tray) and someone turned off/on the main unit after telling it to go into Limited Functions.
Even a user has access to take it out of Limited Functions - but make sure you fix the original problem first.
If you call a tech, he/she will be able to go in and see if there was an error code (and what it meant) and also check to clear a staple jam - then take it out of Limited Functions.Comment
