    [Jamming] Canon ir6020i a3 and legal jamming

    hi everyone,
    I joined today. I've very strange problem. I just bought a canon ir 6020i. when I copy it works perfect in every size but when I print from my computer only a4 prints come out in one sided and two sided mode but when I print legal and a3 size at one sided mode print jamms at its halfway from fixing unit. when I print them in two sided mode machine works fine. When I print from mailbox or copy from ADF same problem occurs.
    But when I print from stack by pass in FREE mode without specifying any paper size print comes out. Is it problem of machine or driver ? I used PS driver for ir6020i, ir6000, and ir6000-5000 but in all same problem occurs. Any fix that I can print directly from cassets in one sided mode please help. Thanks.

      is this issue from all paper loaded areas ??

                      Yes; even if i specify legal or a3 in stack by pass, paper jams. It comes half from fixing and remains half in finisher. The problem is in only one side printing mode in two sided mode from all areas machine prints fine.
                      Machine doesn't show any Jam code. It just displays paper jam.

                          System Glitch>
                          print out a P-Print with settings>
                          do a DCON Clear/power off/on> re-input all P-Print settings

                              Problem is solved by changing all the delivery rubbers.
