    IR 8500 error 012

    hello friend, please help
    IR 8500 error code E 012 out of all the motor was replaced, dc control replaced, mfc board replaced the power supply and relay replacement, drum unit and gear it's okay but error code still come out how the solution?

      Need to check some basics...

      Have you tried by hand to turn the drum in the proper direction? Put a screwdriver on the drum key screw at the front of the copier and try to turn the screwdriver in the clockwise direction. It should turn fairly easily and smoothly. If it were bound up, it could cause this code.

          bound up waste cleaning should be checked
