    Canon IR C3200 - Error E000020-02b0

    Hi,

Received this error from our own copier... but i don't have manual for this one and i don't have that much experience from servicing copiers (just printers).
I've got some hints that this has got to do something with one of the drums, but which one ?

Could someone help me out here?
    REALLY appriciated

Go into service mode and chech under misc. It will give you reading for drum life Canon call it % but its not exact ... I would not let this exide 250 as drums start to drop toner and cause transfer belt slippage causing registration problems .. Mag is the most troublesome drum . (%)count carries reading with it and resets to 1 when you install a new drum .. New software has helped drum life issues but seems to double reading on a once off on drums installed during flashing .. Good Luck
