    [CQ] Canon IR3225 print quality

    Hi having a small problem with a Canon Ir3225. what ever i print i seem to get a wierd pixel background. copies are all ok we have changed the main and DC controller and the fault is still there.

    Copies ok !
    Prints not ok !!

    what print driver are u using

      there using the most up to date pcl driver they have a few printers all using the same drivers but this is the only printer causing us the issues

        I have had issues with selection of the model type when installing the driver, when there are a couple of versions of the same model name. Does the driver recognise the configuration of the machine?? Next step I'd swap IP addresses with another unit and see if it switches issues.

          ive tried printing from my laptop and thats all ok so definatly looking changing the print driver thank guys

            If you not shore about driver,you can always print some print tests in service mode.
            If it ain't broke, don't fix it

              Try using UFR driver. First check Pprint in service mode to rule out printing engine problems !!
