I have a canon Ir 3300 with a 354-0002 does anyone know how what it is. I tried to clear it but keeps coming back

In my manual revision 0, no such code. This wouldn't be the first time a code came up that wasn't in the manuals.If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

IR3300 error code
You are going to need to replace the original counter or print board. If not then get a new blank counter board. This error comes up when the internal meter and the meter counter board do not match.Comment
