5055 0203 jam code

I have an ir 5055 having a 0203 jam code a couple times a day. I have replaced the drive motor M25, PS24 and PS28. Checked the springs on the door too.
It doesn't matter if it is feed from PD1, PD2 or duplex. Any ideas?

That is a stationary jam at PS24

Check the rear spring for vertical guide located between the door and guide -
Make sure it is not out of position causing slight uneven pressure.
*Note-Spring is located behind this guide plate (red arrow).
