iR 5055 double count on ledger

Is this feature by default, or do I have to change it?
Will be @ the site tomorrow, so trying to get ready in case it's not a default settings.

If I have to change it, is it (in svce mode):

copier/counter/total/service 2 ?

Simply go to service mode, Copier>Option>User and set one of the counters to 102, this will show double clicks for ledger, then tell customer to report the 102 meter, not the 101.

You cannot eliminate the 101 counter....
