What indication do you have that the hard drive is not operating properly?

And as CT Copier Repair has indicated, you would need a new hard drive, not just any hard drive will work, Service Support Tool, and the System Software for the 5020.

            what was Error code ??

if u have the SST - U should have the 5020 firmware loaded
            u have a working HDD from where ? another 5020 ?

iR5570 HDD is not the same as iR5020, get a proper HDD (3,5" IDE HDD, Seagete ST340014A or ST340015A will work).

Get a new HDD ,install on the machine and install the system software using SST.
On iR5020 you can connect to PC using Paralel cable or crossed UTP cable with fixed IP 172.16.1.160.

SST has nothing to do with disk cloning. If cloning is to be attempted, you need a working hard drive from an exact match to your copier, a 5570 will not work, nor will a 5000, or anything else except another 5020. Find out what make/model hard drive you already have in the copier, buy one, use SST to then Partition/Format that drive, and then SST can load the System Software onto the drive.

Until you have those 3 things, you are just whistling in the dark.

Windows operating system on a PC will not recognize the partitions, as their format is different than that used by the PC.

if you want to clone it, use cloning software like norton ghost or else...
