    Paper jamming at Heat roller

Hi, 2 of my photocopy machine has been producing some weird error, the paper will jam at the heat roller and wont come out...

Printing has been done in landscape or potrait mode, and oh ya, there is no any error code.

So anyone here can guide me how to check what is the problem?

You've left out some important information.

What manufacturer and model of copier do you have?

... has been producing some weird error ...
... and oh ya, there is no any error code...

Which is it? Is there an error code, or not? If yes, what code?
This may surprise you, but technicians are not psychic. That is a popular belief though.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

really sorry to make such a huge mistake....
The copier model is Canon IR 6000 and Minolta D550.

There are no any error produced when the paper jam problem happening.

The paper will jam after it come out from heat roller, meaning a part of the paper pass the heat roller, a big part is still stuck behind it.

            Anyone can make any suggestion?

there must be JAM CODES listed in service mode.

nop, i am not a tech, in fact , i am helping my father to check the causes.
But he said he already checked the gear and he said the gear is ok.

can i ask how to enter service mode?
finisher mean sorter?if so, then yes.

hmm..the problem is...the tech i called , can come only at April...that is also based on him...

so what i thinking is to troubleshoot the problem myself, if the problem has an easy fix, it's good....
