[Error Code] IR1024i USER ERROR CODE

    Hi,

Maybe I am missing something, but is anyone able to help me?

I am going to have a look at an IR1024i tomorrow as an escalation for an other engineer.

They have been unsuccessful in getting it scanning to file. As you are aware it could be numeruous things, but as a starting point I tried to look up the code its giving at failure.

Now, the user error it comes back with is #803. In the manual I cant find any user codes going past the 7XX numbers.

Am I missing something. Or if anybody has a guide for me to double check how these should be set up on a domain environment, that would be great.

Edit, sorry for the font crazyness.

      Cause
-Before sending all pages, the network connection was
lost or disconnected by the recipient.

      Remedy
-Check with the recipient that the connections are reestablished.
      -Send the documents again.
