Rebuilt a 3570 that had a bad film on the end but now has a CQ issue

    I used this film $29.99 - Compatible Canon FM2-1786-PREM, FM2-1786, FM2-1793, FM3-1293 - Premium Upper Fuser Film Sleeve Kit

Ill try to add pics but you know I have seen this sometimes with unit back from Canon that have been refurbished.

I get some specs all over and some light ghosting. A half white and black sky shot is terrible. If I crank the fix temp and both temp con to value 4. then its barley noticable with regular print jobs. But again a half black and white sky shot isnt what I usually see with a canon film.

The people at Bop highly recomended this film as one that Is bought by a large supplier in the US. Film is thicker and "german made " better than cut throat china made ones. Maybe Katun is buying them?? He wouldnt tell me.

All lower roller parts were replaced with genuine parts and nip check is right on with ajusters checked. I used the right amount of Krytox for the new film.
Not happy this film ......is not showing great performance.

Anyone else have experience with this film?
Rebuild heater was not very old or worn out before. The old film had started to speckle on one end. So its the film im using .
