    [Jamming] ir 2270 0205 jams

    gents,any ideas on this please?

ir 2270 jam code 0205.you can run hundreds through this m/c single sided from all trays but double sided copies jam if you run more than one.if you copy 1 one page 2-2 it goes through ok.if running more than one the first page goes through ok,comes down the duplex path and then appears to catch up with the 2nd page which is being fed and has stopped half way through the fuser.

    so far we have tried

    new fuser
    new reg flag
an entire right hand door assy(from another m/c on site)
    swopped tray 1 feed assy
swopped inner two way unit(again from another m/c on site)
    dumped dc con
    system firmware

and no its not he flapper sponges.any ideas welcome

Did u clean or replace>Duplex Feed Clutch CL6

Try & Clear the ram of the S1 Finisher Controller

With the copier "ON' turn ON all 4 dip switches, cheat the finisher door switch, press and hold SW2 until the LED stops flashing. Then turn off copier, turn off dip switches and turn copier back on. Check to see if the finisher initializes and if the problem is resolved.

cleaning cl6 sorted the problem teckat.there is very little torque created by the two rollers it drives so because the clutch was sticking slightly there was nothing to stop the clutch from driving.. THANKYOU!!
