    NP 3050 ID Code Reset

I am in need of information on how to reset the ID code on a Canon NP3050 photocopier. I received the copier on behalf of a non profit organization from a developer who purchased a building the copier was in (it and other items came with the purchase the devloper did not need). It is believed that the copier works, but I am unable to gain contact with anyone who might have known the code to verify it is fully operational.

I am unfamiliar with navigating the service menu on this series and have no manuals available to guide me although I can get into service mode OK.

    Thanks in advance

      ID Mode:
      Press * > ID > Auto Zoom > *
To register a new ID: Press 1 > enter new four digit ID# > *
(not 0000, up to 25 IDs, to cancel ID mode change all IDs to 0000)
To identify any valid ID #: Press 2 > 1 > use 1 to scroll > 2 to end (up to 999,999 copies per ID #)
To clear all ID totals: Press 2 Copy Total > 0 Clear All Totals > 1 Yes
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
