irC3200 - prepare a new fixing unit

my irc3200 displayed "prepare a new fixing unit" at the bottom. i had replace the fixing unit with the new one but the display still exist. even with that message, my machine still can run in a good condition but my customer always argue with that message. is there a way how to erase that message? does anyone had this kind of prob?

2) Press the clear key on the operation panel.
• The counter is cleared, resetting it to “00000000”.
