    U-Send

    certain of my canon machine have u-send, but when i tried to search the folder on the computer using machine, it appear username and administrator password. some of the machine can directly get to the folder. what does this username and administrator password refer to? what should i put there? anybody have an opinion?

      Put in the user name and password of the computer your trying to connect to.

          done it several time but the result still the same...

            are these other machines on the same network as the one you are having this issue with?
            Sound like a rights issue when browsing on the network.
            Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

              Like Charm say,usually is not the same network.

              Do you have maybe different operation system on the computer with this problem?
              Maybe customer give you wrong password?Try to log on with this password on computer.
              Maybe this computer is not in the same domain??

                it happen only at certain cmputer only, the operating system is the same winxp sp2. i had check all the cmptr didn't have a password or administrator password, but when i try to access the folder it appear administrator name & administrator password. the domain was ok, when i access it using network sharing, it can goes well only happen when i try to use u-send only.
