ir3300 paper jam

its a first time i encounter a jam on registration roller. The paper totally cannot get through it. Pickup solenoid changed still the same.
should i try to change Registration paper sensor and registration motor (m9)?

Disassemble the registration area and look for a bind, check to make sure you have rotation of the registration roller, check the clutch. Post jam codes for better assistance...

its totally not rotating when i open pickup cover i can easily pull out the paper. i double checked with disassemble the unit nothing jam or stuck inside. 5 out of 10 will same at same place.

Sorry to ask, but you did check the paper orientation and dial settings right? Along with the jam code, does it do it from all the paper drawers and the bypass?

Good to hear that,, was the sensor arm actuator worn down, did you put an extra wrap on the spring???

Yes mrfix, i did turn another circle for the spring after i changed the sensor.
