I don't know if you are referring to this one:

But there is a simple procedure from the user mode:

    Menu (*) - Adjustment/Cleaning - Auto Gradation - Full Adjust - Follow the procedure

Go into Service Mode, and from the copier>test select type 6 test print. It will give you a grid pattern that overlays all 4 images on top of each other. If you see other than a clean pattern with no color standing away from the lines, you will need to service the copier, ITB cleaning, parts replacement in the drive line of the ITB, or Laser assembly cams being returned to home. There is no adjustment sequence in software to push the image back into alignment...

          Please buy the service manual.

I have to agree with jonezy999,, you need to acquire a service manual for this copier. I am factory trained on this product, but I still require the manual from time to time to research settings and such. I don't advise proceeding without it.

As to how to enter service mode, do some research on this website. It has been written how to do so numerous times by myself and many others...
