got a call to look at this machine for paper jams. paper feeds into fuser about 2 and 1/2 inches and stops feeding. checked gear train and everything looks good. going to replace fuser, but was wondering if there might be anything else i might look at while there. it has a number of recieved faxes in memory and they need to get them as they are a medical facility. have no documentation on this machine and any help would be greatly appreciated. have cleaned all feed and conveyance rollers and sensors that i could find as i thought this may be a timing issue. reseated fuser and got a few to print out, then it seems to have just gotten stuck. tia rb

If you replace the fuser and the machine works with acceptable copy quality I would leave it alone.
