Canon IR 2800 cant set machine to standard mode

Hi guys i cant seem to set this machine to standard more..ie A4. It keeps reverting back to sheet by pass as if the by pass door was open ...any ideas? tks

part 13 gets knocked out of place, so the sensor flag 8 isn't reading properly,
causing the machine to constantly display bypass tray settings

The lack of the part No.13 (black coloured, FB6-2786 ARM, CAM FOLLOWER) causes the bad state of No.16 sensor flag instead of No.8

Tks guys that cured problem the black bracket fell off ..working ok again now...
