Canon IR3025n buckles trailing edge on A3 only!

    Hi all

I have a client with a Canon IR3025n which crumples the trailing edge of the A3 page as it exits the machine.

It looks like it is been buckled as it passes throught the fuser.

    A4 works fine no problems.

I have noticed that when it prints A3, the page comes half way out at normal speed then speeds up to spit the page out the machine. It only does this on A3 and assume it is to make sure it exits before the next page comes.

I have replaced the fixing film assy and prssure roller but still does it.

I have noticed the fuser exit rollers are quite worn and wondered if these are slipping enough to cause the 'buckle'.

I have attached an image of the trailing edge.

    Looking forward to your comments!

Wavy on the Last Two Inches of the Copy

      Service Mode > Copier > Adj > FX-FL-SP
Setting range: -3 to 3 (Default: 0) (Unit: ms)
If RAM on the DC Controller circuit board has been cleared or the board itself has been replaced, enter the value from the service label.
