I am having Ir 6000 Some times my machine shows this error E000000-000003. When it appers on the display, I go to *28* and clear all the error. then my machine will start running. please help me to correct this problem. from which side this error code problem
Fuser problem. Lots of possibilities:
open thermistors, open fuser lamps, open thermal switches. Check these first. If you can't identify these parts get a Canon tech to help.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
if you can reset the error then it's extremely unlikely there is anything wrong with the lamps or the thermal switches (if they are blown, they stay blown and resetting the error won't help). it is highly likely you have bad thermistors.
hi .first enter the service mode & clear the error if it doesn't work then you can try to replace the fixing unit .may be the electric main source not stable try to use current stabiliuzer device.
i wish good luck my dear
