I found service mode>copier>option>body>user facedown, changing 0 and 1 but no effect

Not sure which model that crosses over to in US but if its similar to IR 330/400 and you have a finisher attached, you can't change it.

I powered on/off tha machine of course.
I will try to disconnect the finisher later to see if this help.
It's doing top pick up now and the belts slip thats why i want to change.

If you disconnect finisher it will change top to bottom. As soon as you reconnect, it will revert back to top feed.
