ir 400 facedown feed out problem

i have a ir 400 that has a problem with face down feed out, whenever the m7 motor engages it is like the motor is running at 1/2 speed, causing 0131 jam codes.
i have replaced the whole delivery door, the composite power supply the sub power supply the dc controller the ip board, any ideas? even during waqrmup when the m7 motor is energized it runs like it is getting 1/2 power, not slow just choppy thanks for any help

YES I HAVE SEEN THAT, THE REAL ISSUE IS THE M7 REVERSAL MOTOR IS RUNNING AT 1/2 SPEED, LIKE IT IS MISSING 1/2 THE PULSE, resulting in the reverssal roller running at 1/2 speed, and that being choppy. i replaced everything i listed and still same issue. i am getting ready to start chasing being that i am runnibg out of ideas. the wiring diagram is pretty straight forward in that the signal comes straight from j-107 on the dcc through 2 connectors and into the m7 motor, the motor operates on a positive negative pulse because it runs in both directions, just need some ideas.
