    [Jamming] Paper jam at fixing unit

    In iR 5065 machine I am facing a problem of paper jam,it is working in single mode but in multicopy mode the papers are going towards the duplex unit and jammed.Customer is using 70 gsm papers. even in print a single paper diverted towards the duplex.Please help.

          No jam code is showing only error LED is glowing.
