    advance 7055 creasing

I am up against a very stubborn one case of intermittent dog-eared copies at the rear lead edge,on advance 7055.
I think I solved one 2weeks ago, but this other one keeps coming back.
    Has Anyone seen this?

Make force stops and investigate what make dog eare.Do you try with fresh paper?Do you have issues only with larger size paper?
Problem only with two side printing?

I had this last year in two places. The first would only dogear from deck 1 and 2 , the cause was a bent guide that deflexs the paper up from those trays and the duplex ass'y up to the transfer unit. Pull out the transfer/fixing unit and you will see it on the right hand side. The second was to make an adjustment of the pressure of the exit rollers in the finisher. Good luck it's a hard one to find.

Thanks, i will check those areas.
But so far it seems to be after fuser, because the paper is not actually bent over, just a line appears, which most people would miss if not looking for it.
I t happens with the buffer and finisher disconnected.
            happens on single side .
when i switched to deck 2 it disappeared, then i switched back to deck 1 and it would not show up, so I made some adjustments and left.
Now it is back after a week.
For the customer it has been disappearing then coming back after a week or 2 everytime.
            Very intermittent.
