I have a client who has a Canon iR2380 and they have scan to network (drive on their server) and also scan to email. This was working faultlessly until recently when they have changed their admin password on their server - which their printer was obviously using and was hard-coded....
now, the scan to network no longer works.
Now, scan-to-email is working fine so I've left them with this but I need to change the scan-to-network credentials so it uses its own login rather than the Admin one - but alas, can't work out how to do it.
Any help appreciated.
