Canon iR C3200 is not develop over here in my country that's why I can not call them for help , I have to slove them by mysel. Please help me if i'm asking the silly question about iR C3200 .
I tried to clean every thing but the color keep missing and a disalignment like picture
The Text with RED Color (100%magenta + 100%Yellow) but the yellow color out of alignment .
Yellow is not the only color misaligned in your example. It looks like a classic case of ITB wear/slippage caused by worn gears/dirty belt interior and drive roller...
"Once a King, always a King, but once a Knight is enough!"
one of my Canon iR C3220 show : E000355-0001 after I turn on . Please help me what is error ?
Thank you,
(For details see Note #4).
Note #4-If after replacing the Counter Memory PCB an error code E355 is displayed, enter Service Mode Level 3 and perform an E355 Clear as follows:
*Additional Functions button then 28 then *Additional Functions button
*Additional Functions button then 19 then 3
COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>E355-CLR
Turn OFF and then ON the equipment.

If you remove the Main Controller PCB ensure
the Counter Memory PCB has been removed and remains with the printer u removed it from .
DO NOT CHANGE TWO OR MORE BOARDS AT ANY ONE TIME. THIS CAN RESULT IN THE
EQUIPMENT ENTERING AN ERROR CODE LOOP. ONCE THIS OCCURS, YOU MUST CONTACT THE
CANON TECHNICAL SUPPORT CENTER FOR ASSISTANCE.

After the machine printed the 4 gradation pages... did you put them on the platen glass so the machine could scan them to adjust?
On a side note... those transfer rollers under the belt are very dirty... they need to be cleaned up...
Anyways as a first guess doesnt seem to be a second transfer roller issue, since you have the blue color missing and a disalignment issue...
Do you hear a thumping noise when the machine prints? if you do you have a broken gear on the ITB.
Seems you already tried with a different transfer unit so it should be good
Anyways, my aproach would be to clean everything, printer, laser, scanner included, then do a full gradation calibration, if that doesnt work can always try to do a DCON reset within service mode.
Good luck for you.
for color displacement goto service mode level 1 and the click on copier and then you will functions on the tab click on it. you will see clear. there reset the DC-CON and restart the machine.

First off ---when u post anything about DCON or RCON Clear / or MN-CON u need to remind to PRINT OUT A P PRINT with service mode settings>>>COPIER > FUNCTION > MISC-P > P-PRINT
and for a MMI CLR u need to print out a USER-PRT Print for user settings
These settings need to be put back after a re-start
second off---before u clear anything because of color displacement> How about doing a VISUAL MAINTENANCE INSPECTION CHECK
