Documents stored within a Mailbox can be set to erase immediately after printing or 1, 2, 3, 6, 12 Hours / 1, 2, 3, 7, 30 Days / OFF. The default setting is 2 hours. When the Mailbox is set to OFF, mailbox documents are not deleted and the imageRUNNER-iR can be used as a filing system.

Note: To change individual mailbox settings: Select Additional Functions > Mailbox Settings > User Inboxes Settings.
To change all user inboxes settings: SelectAdditional Functions > System Settings > Settings for All User Inboxes.

Are you losing network settings too? I had this, the back up battery was failing.
