    [Misc] IRC3200

    Hai guys,

    I have problem with IRC3200.

When I print/copy the output result is differ compared to original (colour 50% differ).
I tried to calibrate the colour registration, but result as attached.

    any idea?

    Thank you. irc3200.JPG

looks like you could use an ITB cleaner blade for the dirty streaks and possibly a magenta drum for the poor quality in that color.

I wouldn't run auto gradation or calibrate until your output is clean.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

Agree with all other reply's on your post/

Probably need to clean inside entire Printer/Remove Cleaner Blade unit/ Remove all Drums Toner/ITB UNIT/Slide out Fuser unit & Remove Manual feed unit/& all Cassettes= Gut Printer/ is is easier to clean out all that waste toner spill / u also need to look in and Vacuum out that guide rail that the Cleaning Blade unit slides into.

also u Need to remove ITB Sheet/clean or replace if old/ clean those ITB metal plates when removed.May be best to replace entire Cleaner Unit

u still need to strip down printer and clean inside,
            don't take a band-aid approach
