[Misc] iR5020 Delivery Motor (M13) does not operate

I face a problem with Canon iR5020 that is the delivery motor (M13) does not operate but there is no error code. I tried to replace the Motor Driver PCB but no luck. The fuse FU2106 suddenly broken off and sometimes the fuse FU2103 also. What make the fuse broken off?

did u replace the M13 ??
There was something about the M13 BUSHING seizing up

poor repair by whoever is doing bench work on PCB's
Motor Driver PCB is FG6-4947-000.

return & get a new PCB.

I did not replace the M13 but I am sure it is just fine.
I replaced the Motor Driver PCB but the fuse broken off suddenly and the M13 does not operate.
Is the DC Controller out of order too?

how do u know a Motor is Fine, unless u test for voltage.


if the motor is receiving voltage/and bushing is seized up on shaft ,preventing motor from turning/ u will not receive an Error Code.

Repair the fuse


this #116 is a bushing on iR5020/ on the iR5000 it is a bearing=XG9-0403-000
