    Canon IR C5870U

I am getting the error message E0061-003. Been on Canon's forum and found a few possibilities but no solution.

This code means the potential sensor has reached a higher than required voltage.

    1. I change the potential pcb assembly, sensor and wires.
    2. I check the drum for rotation as they say a screw can break on the drive gear in the back.
    3. I made sure I had a good ground contact in the back on the HV1

One person mentioned that they turned of the v-con which stops the potential sensor from taking a reading.

I would like to try this but can't figure out how to turn it off.

Anybody have any ideas on this subject?
