[CQ] Irc 3080i Cyan gets purpul when printing

Hi !

Have problem when printing documents that have text whith cyan.
They comes out looking Purple.
I have changed C drum, laser assy.
The customer using PCL driver i have tried the UFR no diffrent.
ITB 22% Y M drums 60 % Bk drum New.

Any ideas?

Plain paper or heavy? Have you done FULL GRADATIONS on machine with customer stock? Monitor lies also...good monitor? Calibrated properly? Other color jobs ok? Send a Pantone color to the machine and check the output.

I changed the Y and M drum then the customer was satisfied.
I have talkt to Canon and they say that PCL driver have problem whit Cyan color.

Canon is full of Crap/
use PHOTOGRAPHIC MODE for correct Blue-if u have a Fiery-
set it up for PHOTOGRAPHIC/ & calibrate using Kodak Gray Scale
