Canon 3220 Fuser Unit Disassembly. Help needed.

Im replacing the fuser unit roller, but can't figure out how to pop off a particular piece of the fuser unit. If someone can give me some tips I'd really appreciate it. It's the area that circled. Thanks

It was good of Teckat to provide you the procedure. You have to pry that roller guide off to access the front hinge pin. My quip was going to be, "pry on it till it almost breaks". That is not too far from the truth. I gave up trying to rebuild these, because that part or the entry guide invariably broke when I would try the disassembly.
