Disconnect and connect the connectors of the read communication cable.
Check the power supply of the reader unit (to see if initialization occurs at power-on).

It means : An attempt to communicate with the DC controller fails.

Disconnect and then connect the connector.
Check the power supply of the DC controller (to see if initialization occurs at time of start-up).

Twisted cables you have there huh ....
If I were you I would give a good clean to the machine and re seat most of the cables.

I am sorry my friend but your English and my English differ by some zip codes.
But from what I can understand your machine has been "beaten up" and needs a lot of replacing and a good grounding.

                I don't like your attitude man !

                It shouldn't be : What can I change !
It should be : I should have cleaned the copier first and than ask for help !!!!

So - to give you some idea:

                01xx delay jam
                02xx stationary jam

xx01 right deck pickup sensor (PS20)
                xx10 duplexing outlet sensor (PS61)
                xx11 pre-confluence sensor (PS14)
xx18 Image write start sensor (PS60)

It is useless to copy/paste the jam codes of your machine if you don't clean the sensors.

Might I suggest getting a Service Manual ????

For service manuals I am afraid you must ask other users

I check the sensor from the tray no problem. I do try to set the setting that only tray A is using. But still i have E583-001 problem. What's wrong actually?

                          this is a finisher error.
E583 (tray auxiliary plate motor M6) - Tray auxiliary plate home position sensor (PI10)
The tray auxiliary plate housing sensor does not go ON within 2 sec after
the motor is started when the tray auxiliary plate is retracted.

Like I said before : Your machine needs cleaning

This finisher i clean 3 times already. No dust. Still E583-001 is coming. Weird. Maybe the finisher PCB need to replace?
