iR7105 after scanning goes to "suspended..."

iR7105 (Stand-alone) after scanning goes to "suspended..." and nothing happens. The fuser temperature stays at about 40 degree.
This happened after "all data initialize". Is there any settings I should change, please? Cleared D-Con, MMI and HDD but the problem is still the same. No error codes. Furthermore, the machine does not detect the duplexer either.

    Any help/suggestion will be appreciated!

Look for paper stuck in the duplex connector block.
It may be a big piece,
or a tiny piece where you may have to use a flashlight, or take the duplexer out to find it

Check connectors to duplex and fuser bed. Try pulling out the staple cartridge and reboot the machine or try another staple cartridge if you have one. I had a bad staple cartridge cause this issue once.

The finisher has been disconnected a few months ago and is no longer in use. After "initialize all data" is there any finisher related setting that needs to be turned OFF (ON) ?

        Thanks for the reply!

did u print out the P Print and User Data sheets, so u are able to re-input the settings back in service mode ?????

you have no Finisher connected, so>>>>>
when the indication Suspended occurs on the LCD display of the copier, open the front door of the copier and pull out Unit 1, Unit 2 and all paper supplies. Then check for jammed paper behind the devices. Make sure the frame connectors are free of any bits of paper or pin damage.

Check I/O mode for proper detection of the Duplex Unit (Through path tray detection @ P005 bit 13). It should indicate a "1" when the Duplex tray is in the copier. (The Service Manual and the Technical Reference guide states it should indicate "0".) This is incorrect.
Also, Check P005 bit 14, for the Fixing Unit Transport Release Lever Sensor.
It should indicate "0" when locked into position, "1" when released.

Check the ERROR LOG FOR ANY E197 CODES ?

WARNING: DATA WILL BE ERASED. Before using the 'Initialize All Data/Settings' feature, make sure that the data you are erasing is completely unnecessary or is backed up. Canon will not be liable for any damages resulting from the loss of data.

            Recommendations:

            - To prevent others user from accidentally erasing all of the data, it is recommended to register a System Manager ID and System Password so that only the System Manager can perform this procedure.

            - If you have a Fiery controller connected, enter service mode, change the IMG-CONT to 0, and reboot the device before performing this procedure.

The 'Initialize All Data/Settings' feature will erase the following data that is stored in the machine:

            - Data stored in inboxes
            - Address Book data
            - Scan settings registered for the Sending function
            - Mode Memory settings registered for the Copy or Mail Box function
            - MEAP applications and Licenses
            - Data saved from MEAP applications
            - The password for MEAP SMS login services reverts back to the default
            - Registered SDL (Simple Device Login) user authentication information
            - User authentication information registered in the local device authentication system of SSO (Single Sign-on)
            - Unsent documents (Reserved documents and documents set with the Delayed Send Mode)
            - Job History
            - Additional Function settings
            - Image forms registered for the Form Composition mode
            - Registered forwarding settings
            - Key pair and server Certificate settings registered in Certificate Settings in TCP/IP Settings

It is not normally necessary to use this feature, but it is useful for erasing personal or confidential information when returning or disposing of the machine.

              IR 7105 suspended

check or replace rear thermistor (it won't give an error code)

As stated, remove staple cartridge and try before you do anything else
