imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2020/C2030-Measure to Minimize E040 error codes

When closing the upper cassette an E040 may be generated. When the cassette position pin does not insert fully into the frame of the machine, the photo sensor may not be actuated. When this occurs, the cassette will not rise and generates an E040 error code.

Just wanted to thank you for this 2011 post! I had this today, I was able to use this PDF info, and I attached a makeshift piece of tape to fix the issue
