[Misc] Canon IR 3100C error code E000020-0081 Help pls!!!

Hi, am trying to troubleshoot the error code E000020-0081 in Canon IR3100C copier machine. I have already refilled the cartridges with toner. However, it is still displaying the same error code and unable to repair it. Can anyone guide me with the steps to resolve the issue? Video guidance if available will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I was able to resolve the issue. I removed the drum unit and then cleaned the censor above the drum unit. that resolved my issue.

P-SENS-P is less than 255 when a base
(drum face) of patch detection is read
out.
Go 2 COPIER>DISPLAY>DENS>P-SENS-P and check d value if it is less then 255 Clean the patch image reading sensor

Imprime primero un p-print con todos los datos de servicio y luego hazle un clear DC-CON y solucionado.

Try printing one p-print with all service data and then try a DC-CON clear and fixed.

u can't PRINT A P-PRINT IF THE PRINTER IS IN AN ERROR CODE ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
