I'm having a problem with wrinkling the paper single sided 11x8.5. 8.5x11R no problem. Fuser rollers are new. Moved 11x8.5 from drawer #2 to drawer #3. Usually flipping paper takes care of problem as well as new paper; however customer doesn't accept it as a paper problem. When it happens it happens alot however is intermittent. Any thoughts appreciated
