This is my week for Canon I guess. First time seeing this machine. It has 2 problem, first, crinkles paper, I believe it's the fuser (I haven't done anything yet, just inspected the fuser without taking it out, and now, when you turn machine on, it comes up with a E000007 error. Have Intravia's manuals, all of them, but can't find this model. I will be ordering the service manual, but kind of in a bind as this is their only networked printer. New customer, trying to get them going, blah blah. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.... Jeff M.

Fuser it is!
If the little beasty follows the error codes for it's big brothers, the E007 is an indication for stalling or shredding fixing film. The pictures I was able to find of the Canon MF7470 look like the iR2022. The crinkles in the paper can be caused by the same thing...
