      how old is unit ??

      check the screw threads /set at 8.5mm on both sides for nip


      replace the Pressure Roller (FC5-7245-000) with the new style Pressure Roller (FC5-7207-010). The color of the old Pressure Roller is brown and the new Pressure Roller is black.
