Yes Z you posted the same infomation almost two months earlier, but the one Teckat posted is for the US market and for those of us who work on US machines we now know that Canon USA supports this product.

From my info remote program come in the same time but in US it's not free.

@teckat you are lifesaver. Had to enter the service mode level 1 on a remote location that I have no access to and you are one of the only people posting this on the web.

By the way for my printer iR-ADV C5045 I had to just enter 1+5+9+3+5+7+2+5+8+ service icon.

I have a Canon 5550 & DX3822. But I tried both & nothing happened

Hi, the remote access is working well.
What doesn't work is the access to the "service mode" from the remote access.
