Blurred Horizontal white lines in heavy paper- Canon IRC5180

I am getting horizontal blurred white lines constantly at the same place (app 327mm)from the leading edge when printing on 12*18 256gsm card selecting Heavy2. When I select the "plain paper" instead of heavy2 to print, this problem is not there.

Any ideas ?? Thanks in advance

fuser belt has wrinkles on it probably. The heavier the stock and the more toner coverage you have the more you will see those lines.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

            or printed on heavy 2.
fuser is not, ITB, drums, etc..

Color imageRUNNERs - Recommended Simplex mode for best results on specialty stock media
Recommended single sheet feed for conditions greater than 70% r.h

              try this>>>
Increase the fixing speed for heavy media with service mode level 2 COPIER>OPTION>BODY>FX-SPEED2 (the larger the value the faster the fixing speed).

when u switch from plain to heavy and have missing areas in MAIN SCAN (CROSS-FEED)
most likely your Drum Drive Assembly is getting ready to crap out
/ the clock pulse motor goes bad

run some PG 10 Prints on heavy stock and post them-
