Customer is an ad agency and do all manner of stuff on 5 of these machines, on 1 of them they want to drop the dpi right down for newsprint jobs but 200x200 is too sharp. Is there any way to manually drop the dpi right down to accommodate this, thanks

if they are running pre press work they should have an ICC profile of the press running the final product. Get that profile and configure that device through command workstation. I cannot think of a way to drop the dpi off the top of my head.
